I began the renewal of my spiritual journey in 2010. Growing up in a traditional and religiously conservative home, this renewal was more of a transcendent and transformative rebirth. This journey not only helped me to remember and revive my soul but also, undoubtedly, saved my life. Although I had left my indoctrinated upbringing in late adolescence, by early adulthood my heart had just been broken too deeply and too many times. I tried everything to fix my life and
has led to an expanding and richer understanding of myself, others and an deeper connection to Source.Since this spiritual awakening, I have given lectures on a variety of spiritual topics including:
